Who are the helpers of destiny?
These are set of people assigned by divine arrangement to help us achieve our dreams and fulfil our God-given purposes on earth.
We all need these people in our lives. If we do not rightly discern people we may be aborting God-given relationships, and it may end up being very costly to us.
Here are some examples:
1) DAVID NEEDED JONATHAN:
1Samuel chapter 18&19
Saul would have successfully killed David, but thank God for Jonathan; son of Saul who helped David with information about his father’s plan.
2) MOSES NEEDED AARON:
Exodus 4:13-
Aaron helped Moses in bringing out the children of Israel from slavery in Egypt.
3) ELIJAH NEEDED THE WIDOW:
1 Kings 17:8-
God arranged that a widow should accommodate, feed and sustain Elijah during the famine.
4) NAAMAN NEEDED THE LITTLE MAID:
2Kings 5:1-19
The bridge between Naaman and his healing was the little maid. Sometimes God could use people we regarded as nobody.
5) PAUL NEEDED THE DISCIPLES &CHIEFS OF ASIA. Act 19:28-32
The disciples and some of the chiefs of Asia insisted that Paul did not go among the angry people. Only God knows what Paul was saved from by listening to these people.
NOTE:
From the above examples, it is clear that we need other people in order to fulfil our destinies. That is why we need to discern people rightly so that we don’t abort destiny helpers. Sometimes these people can be individuals we least expected to help us.
The Lord could have commanded a king to keep Elijah, but he chose a widow. If the words of the little maid had been despised, Naaman would have died a leper.
Everyone needs helpers. Even our Lord Jesus Christ needed his disciples to fulfil His earthly ministry and to have people who would continue with the with ministry after His departure.
PRAYER:
In the name that is above every other names, helpers of your destiny will locate you in Jesus name. Amen.
