β€œThe hand of the LORD was upon me, and carried me out in the spirit of the LORD…” (Ezekiel 37: 1)

Ezekiel speaks of how the hand of the Lord was upon Him and carried him out in the Spirit of the Lord. By Ezekiel’s description, the Spirit of the Lord wrapped him and moved him out. Ezekiel was a mere mortal; the Spirit of the Lord was/is immortal. So a mere mortal was wrapped up in immortality; a natural man was carried by the supernatural. Ezekiel may have seemed alone, but he was certainly not alone.

Friend, in the eyes of men, you may look like one who is alone; but you are not alone. If you have embraced the finished work of Christ, though you are mortal, you are wrapped up in immortality; though you are natural, you are carried by the supernatural. Your life is not as ordinary as men think; you are not as vulnerable, helpless or empty as men imagine; you have supernatural links.

Announce to all those who think your life is ordinary, that the Creator of the universe lives in you and you live in Him; remind your opposers that they are not just opposing you alone but also opposing the King of Kings who carries you in His palms; remind yourself that you were wired to be carried by the Lord Himself; remind yourself that you are special because of Him who has redeemed you unto Himself.

No matter what life throws at you, remember that you are not alone; there is a God standing by you, in whom you live, move and have your being; there is a God in whose hands you are perfectly engraved and in whose plans you have been factored in; you are not a victim of circumstances that surround you; you are not a victim of lapses that exist in the systems around you.

Live in the consciousness of the hand of the Lord upon you and the presence of God’s Spirit in and around you. You are not alone.

Matthew 28: 20 says: β€œ… I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”

*Declare With Me: I am not alone; I have a God in whom I live, move and have my being, in Jesus’ name! Amen.
